Classic Chocolate Fudge

Treats

Ingredients:
  • 2 Packages Semisweet Baking Chocolate
  • 1 Can (14 ounce) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla 
          Microwave chocolate and milk in a large microwavable bowl on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add vanilla then mix well. Spread into foil lined 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

Orange Awesomeness

Drinks

Ingredients:
  • 3 Ounce Frozen Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 6 Ice Cubes
          Blend all ingredients until smooth.

          Yes. It's that easy. I would say this is one of the easiest things to make. As long as you have the right ingredients.

Cherry Swirls

Cakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Margarine (or Butter)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 3 Cups Flour
           Cream together margarine/butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla and almond extract. Add eggs one at a time beating good after each one. Add flour. Grease sheet pan. Press 3/4 dough into sheet pan. Pour cherries on top and spread them. Drop remailing batter in random places (try to keep it even too). Spread slightly with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients for Frosting:
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar (Or more)
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk (Or more)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract
          Mix together powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract. Mix thoroughly. Add more powdered sugar or milk to desired thickness (I suggest for it to be runny, but not extremely so). Drizzle over cake.

 

Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups F lour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Margarine (Or butter)
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
          Mix f lour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon. Boil margarine/butter, water, and cocoa. Then add to dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. F rost (with f rosting) while warm.

Ingredients for F rosting:
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 6 Tablespoons Milk or Water
  • 2+ Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
          Melt butter, cocoa, and milk. Add powdered sugar to desired thickness. Add vanilla. Spread over cake.



Angel Flakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 & 1/3 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 4-5 Cups Coconut
  • 1 & 1/3 Cups Light Karo Syrup
  • 1-16 Ounce Box of Rice Chex Cereal
          In very large bowl, combine Chex, and coconut. Mix together in a saucepan on the stove syrup, sugar, and butter. Stir the mixture frequently until it reaches boiling. Stir constantly for exactly 4 minutes. Immediately pour syrup mixture over the cereal mixture and coat all ingredients. Then mix carefully. Serve when cool or store in plastic container or bag.

Carmel Popcorn

Treats

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Pound Butter
  • 1 Cup White Corn Syrup
  • 2 & 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
           Bring butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar to a boil in a heavy pan (Remember to stir constantly). Add sweetened condensed milk. Boil for 3 minutes stirring fast. Pour over popcorn. (About 12 qts. popcorn).

 

Holly Candy

Holiday Treats

Ingredients:
  • 40 Marshmellows
  • 3/4 Cube Margarine (If you have to, you can use butter)
  • 2 Teaspoons Green Food Coloring (Might take less)
  • 4 Cups Corn Flakes
  • Red Cinnamon Candies (As mush as you want.)
          Combine in microwave-safe bowl marshmallows and margarine/butter. Microwave for 1 minute, take out and stir. Repeat process until completely melted. Then add food coloring until mixture is a strong green then slowly add cornflakes while stirring. (Stir softly) When flakes are coated, place on waxed paper in small bunches. Decorate with red Cinnamon candies. 
          Mmm... Holly Candy. One of the best treats to have for Christmas. Or a Birthday if wanted.
